Pride - Integrity - Quality
These three ideals are what led Jeff and Kristy Braithwait to
branch out, and start Eastern Auto Service. Jeff knew he had the
skill to provide his customers with the quality workmanship they
were paying for. His drive and personal integrity led him to want
to pursue the challenges of owning his own Independent repair shop.
Since 1990, we continue to strive to deliver excellence in our service
and repairs. We take tremendous pride in knowing the services we
have provided for our customers are meeting their repair needs.
Jeff graduated top of his class in 1981 at Northeast Community
College here in Norfolk, Nebraska. Jeff has for several years served
as the President of the Automotive Advisory Council to Northeast
Community College.
This helps the college form a curriculum for future needs and desires
of this industry. Jeff gained a wealth of experience with many
hobby's and mechanical interest he has pursued over the years.
Community and serving has always been important to Jeff. He has
been involved with the Norfolk Lions Club since the mid 80's and
was their President in 2010. He enjoys mentoring young students with the Team Mates organization which the University of Nebraska Head Football coach Tom Osborne and his wife Nancy founded in the early 90's.
One of the most important staples that Jeff has instilled in the foundation of Eastern Auto Service, is to continue to strive for additional education. Mechanical needs are constantly changing, and the necessity to keep up with and meet those challenges are extremely important. All of our technicians are ASE certified, and we all make continuing education a priority.
